Start from 25 suggested tasks timed to your wedding date, or add your own. Assign each one, set due dates and see what’s overdue.

Choose Add suggested tasks on an empty checklist to get 25 tasks across seven timeframes, from 12+ months out to after the wedding. Due dates count back from your wedding date, so the 6-months-out tasks fall six months before it, but they don’t move if you change the date later. Give each task to Partner 1, Partner 2, Both, Family or your planner, and filter by person, category or what’s overdue. Find it under Planning, then Checklist.
