The seating chart: round and long tables with guests assigned, seats filled against capacity, and an unseated list

Guest list

Everyone, organized into households

Group people into households, tag them (family, friends, out of town), and choose which events each household is invited to. Import a CSV file, or add guests one by one.

  • Filter by tag, event or invite stage, and spot who’s missing contact details
  • Send save-the-dates and invitations by email to everyone, an event, a tag or selected guests
  • Mark children and set a party limit for any household
  • Export your list as a CSV file any time

Seating chart

Drag, drop, done

Add round or long tables with a capacity, then drag guests from the unseated list onto a table, or pick a table for each guest. Guests who accept your RSVP show up in the unseated list, ready to seat.

  • See seats filled against capacity, and who’s still unseated
  • Keep a separate floor plan for each event
  • A meal tally for your caterer, and a printable seating sheet

Budget

Know where every dollar goes

Set a total, split it into categories, and add each expense with its estimate, actual cost, deposit and due date. Mark who’s paying and what’s paid, and attach the receipt.

  • Spent, paid, remaining and still to pay at a glance
  • Upcoming payments, so nothing sneaks up on you
  • Export your budget as a CSV file

Checklist

A plan for every stage

Start from a suggested list of tasks, grouped by timeframe through to after the wedding, or add your own. Give tasks a due date and an owner, and filter to what’s overdue.
