This Privacy Policy explains how Forevermore LLC ("Forevermore," "we," "us"), 1890 Star Shoot Pkwy, Suite 170 PMB 406, Lexington, KY 40509, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Forevermore service. 1. Who this applies to

This Policy applies to visitors to our marketing site, account holders (couples) who use the Service, and guests who interact with a couple's wedding site.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and optional two-factor authentication settings.
  • Wedding and event content: the pages, event details, schedules, and updates you create.
  • Guest information: names, contact details, RSVP responses, and notes (such as dietary needs) that couples add or that guests submit.
  • Photos and media: images and files you upload. Photos may contain embedded metadata (EXIF) that can include the date and location a photo was taken.
  • Payment information: purchases are processed by Paddle. We receive limited transaction details (such as plan and status) and do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and log data used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Service; process transactions through Paddle; communicate with you and provide support; secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Controller and processor roles

Forevermore is the controller of account and site information. For guest information a couple uploads, the couple is the controller and Forevermore acts as a processor on the couple's behalf.

6. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including Paddle (payments), our email provider, our hosting provider, and application-monitoring tools. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to comply with law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. International data transfers

We operate from the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

EU/UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and account holders must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
