Sign up as a Wedding planner and you get a workspace with Clients, Calendar, Tasks and Messages, where you can set up a wedding yourself, invite the couple to claim it when you’re ready, and keep managing it after they do. The calendar shows wedding days, RSVP deadlines and tasks assigned to you across every client, and Tasks gathers them in one list. Client notes are shared with your team, whom you invite from Settings, then Team, and are never seen by the couple. Messages are with couples only, not vendors.
