Invite your partner and planner
Invite your partner or family to edit with you, add your wedding planner, or give someone a read-only view. Each person gets an email invite.

Under People, enter an email and pick a role: Editor can manage everything, Planner lets your pro manage the wedding with you, and Viewer is read only. Only an owner or editor can make someone an Editor, and only the owner can delete the wedding. Invitations last 14 days, with a reminder three days before they run out, and you can see each one’s email status. To change someone’s role, remove them and invite them again.
