Automatic emails tell you when access requests are waiting, your RSVP deadline is close, final numbers are ready for your caterer and tasks come due.

Six days before your RSVP deadline you hear how many households haven’t replied, and the day after it you get each event’s headcount, meal choices, dietary notes and who never answered, ready for your caterer. A Monday digest lists checklist tasks and unpaid payments due in the next 14 days. Others cover access requests waiting for you, unseated guests two weeks out, bounced guest emails and your time capsule opening. They go to everyone with the Owner or Editor role under Guests, then People, and can’t be switched off.
